I've been a mindfulness practitioner and therapist for 30 years.. I wanted to share a moment tonight when I really needed to practice and how I did it..

We all get irritated, we all having feelings of things driving us a bit crazy. But there are ways to process through it..I was having a range of it..but luckily I know how to get through it, without numbing or stuffing it!
