We can get used to living in a fixed routine or on auto-pilot. But according to many studies, doing something that causes a bit of fear or makes you scared in a good exciting way, can add years to your life as well as making your life healthier, happier, and more fulfilling. Not trying things because you are afraid will keep you in a rut and can make like one dimensional and can contribute to depression..

Doing it Scared can contribute to positive neuroplasticity. This is the brain's ability to change in a good way. As we grow older, doing things that create brain health is crucial. Creating new healthy neural pathways helps old harmful patterns fade away.
